The boxes were just as we expected and fit our needs perfectly. However, the shipping box must have been exposed to rain because 7 of the 100 packaged gift boxes were deformed and stuck together, rendering them unusable. I was contacted by Fetpak, giving me a choice of a refund or a replacement. The replacement boxes were shipped and I received them a few days later. Problem solved! Great customer service!
