I LOVE THE 10 STACK JEWELRY STORAGE BOXES I ORDERED. THEY ARE PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THAT I ORDERED 20 OF THE VELVET INSERTS FOR THE DRAWERS AND THEY WERE PACKED 2 TO A DRAWER AND MADE IT DIFFICULT TO OPEN THE DRAWERS. ONE OF THE BOTTOM DRAWERS WAS WEDGED SO TIGHT THAT I HAD TO USE PLIERS TO REMOVE THE DRAWER AND RIPPED THE FRONT FROM ONE OF THE DRAWERS. I WAS ABLE TO REPAIR WITH GLUE BUT I WOULD SUGGEST IN THE FUTURE THAT THE INSERTS ARE PACKED 1 PER DRAWER.
