I used to order from another company because they touted lower prices. But just like with so many other companies, the product quality and customer service went from excellent to so so. Then product quality took a nose dive. Prices ironically went up. Then, customer service became non-existent and shipping was impossible to keep track of due to inconsistency. Then, I found Fetpak. Ever since the beginning of my purchasing with Fetpak, they have been consistent. Product quality is excellent and products have stayed the same (exact, in fact) since the beginning. Shipping has always been consistent. I can actually count on when their packages will arrive. Fetpak ships when they say they will. Time estimates are accurate.
