I've purchased quite a few of the stackable jewelry trays and inserts over several years - both for selling my lampwork beads in bead stores and organizing for online sales (they are like a 3D spreadsheet with each item tagged by its location in a numbered tray). My last order I asked Fetpak to pack carefully - to prevent damage that can occur during shipping - corners of these rather large awkward boxes being bumped and causing damage to the trays/inserts inside (Fetpak replaced if I notified them). My last order arrived with a box inside a box inside a box and cardboard between the boxes. It was like nested dolls. It was obviously packed very, very carefully. The outside box had some bumps (I suspect its almost impossible to ship a large box across country w/o some bumps) but none of those impacted the trays or inserts inside due to the super good packaging.
