I attended my local store (Chapelle in York) to try on some diamond wedding bands. I found a beautiful ring but needed a much smaller size and ideally in 18ct gold instead of 9ct. Lee-Anne was able to put in a request for me, and within a couple of weeks my dream wedding ring was ordered in early December. The initial expected collection date was the 6th of February, but I received a call on the 5th of January to say my ring had arrived in store. It is perfect! It has completely exceeded my expectations and I've fallen in love with the design all over again.
