As I told my Account Manager, this broker has been the worst I have ever used. I keep trying to get money taken out of my account, but they either don't respond to my emails or come up with a reason why they can't. Given how long this process has taken, I sent them an email to request that I be able to cancel my account and receive my money back. Additionally, they are not responding to me, exactly as they used to. I followed up with emails, but I haven't heard back. As a result, I sought help from M E R S E Y H I P.C O M, and they were successful in getting my money back.
