Fidelity Investment Bank is an absolute trainwreck of a financial institution. Dealing with them has been one of the most infuriating and stressful experiences of my life. They are incompetent, unprofessional, and downright shady. Their customer service is a joke—you can forget about getting any real help. Representatives are rude, dismissive, and seem like they couldn’t care less about your concerns.
