Their filibustering tactics and evasive responses only exacerbated my frustration and hindered the progress of my case. Such behaviour reflects poorly on the firm's commitment to client service and professionalism. In conclusion, my experience with Fidler & Pepper Lawyers has been far from satisfactory. The issues I have outlined - delayed responses, procedural blunders, inadequate communication, and obstructive receptionists - have collectively painted a deeply concerning picture of the firm's operations.
