Furthermore, the repeated procedural errors I experienced cast serious doubts on the competence and attention to detail of my case handlers. These errors have not only wasted valuable time but have also jeopardized the outcome of my case. It is disheartening to witness such a disregard for the basic tenets of professionalism and accuracy within a legal context.
