I have no problem with the ordering and the delivery however the shoes were to tight and wanted to speak to a person and ask a question and re-order. You obviously don't want to speak to people as you do not give a telephone number therefore I have no alternative to return the goods and ask for a refund.
I also tried contacting Sport Direct to see if I could return the shoes to them to save on postage, I tried two stores all the phone numbers were cut off, not a very customer friendly experience.
