Happy with the items I bought, but not at all happy with the problems encountered in the "Click and Collect" process. Staff couldn't find my order at Preston Fishergate so told me I would find it at Preston Deepdale. No sign of it there either, but a helpful member of staff made enquiries and discovered that it was, after all, at Fishergate!! So have to fight the traffic again (and pay to park again) back there. All very time consuming and stressful.
