I ordered 3 coats for my kids. One was out of stock, so you cancelled that order; and just delivered the other two. I would much preferred to have the option of cancelling the whole order, or amending it, if not all available. (I have now had to re-order a different colour coat which is in stock; and pay a second time for delivery!) Given how expensive your delivery charges are, I really object to needing to pay twice when it could easily have been avoided.
