These people in the beginning were very responsive. Once we sent the drive to them we never heard back from them and called them multiple times. Finally I called and they said the guy was on vacation. Do not send any drive to this company as they are frauds in my opinion, and a waste of time only seek a reputable company because they are not one of them.
