I was very happy with my purchase it was exactly what I wanted complete accurate discription good quality and fields menswear did next day delivery which was perfect for me. I had to briefly deal with the customer service who I'd like to make a point of saying was absolutely brilliant. I spoke with someone called Matthew and he was so helpful got back to me straight away he's a credit to your company. The only thing that let the experience down was the delivery, me and my colleague who deals with parcels for my place of work both made a comment to your driver who to he honest was borderline rude about it that the packaging was absolutely filthy, it was black. It was also screwed up and so was the box the bow tie was in. Luckily the product wasn't damaged but I was quite surprised it wasn't with the state it was delivered in. I would make sure your drivers are being more careful on their trucks as this in my opinion doesn't look good for what is a good company. Thank you
