Ordered a pair of trousers for my elderly father. Unfortunately he was not able to be at home on the day of expected delivery, so I simply changed the date online. The trousers arrived on exactly the correct day and apparently the delivery man was brilliant, very friendly. On trying the trousers on we discovered they did not fit well, so realising that the store was open on a Sunday we drove to the store to exchange them. Customer service was wonderful from all those working in the shop that day. Thank you very much. I will be back with my husband to buy a suit soon!
