I bought a formal morning suit from Fields over the phone, having used the website (which is very good). The suit arrived promptly and was very well packaged. I found the gentlemen I spoke to knowledgeable and really polite. Unfortunately, I misjudged my sizing (totally my fault, I was too cautious in my estimation) and had to return the jacket. Instead of opting to post it back (and run the risk of messing it up again) I decided to visit the store to get it right. The help the gentlemen gave me in-store was exceptional. I now have a perfectly fitted suit and cannot speak highly enough of this company. It is really a classy establishment, and I am so glad I went there. I would recommend this company to anyone (have no doubts at all, you will not regret it!)
