I experienced just about the best customer service ever when I purchased these shoes for my husband. The shoes in the colour I wanted were out of stock in the sale but the website mistakenly allowed me to order them but was unable to fulfil the order. My husband was very disappointed that he wasn't getting them but Matthew at Fields ordered them in from Lotus and honoured the sale price. It doesn't get better than that!!! We are good customers of Fields and will remain so. Thank you Fields.
