Made an appointment for 1.30pm. Eventually told me after half an hour of sitting and waiting there that the hairdresser wasn't going to be in until 4pm!! Full of excuses and completely unprofessional. Thank you for wasting my Sunday afternoon - luckily I found an accommodating hairdresser down the road for a walk-in
