Amazing customer service. First of all they were happy to advise which nappies would be best for my newborn, despite my numerous questions and emails. I then missed something off the order, sent an email and had an speedy reply advising they could add it to my order. I received my well-packed parcel in no time, with a lovely hand written note and a little freebie inside. The nappies have been amazing and after a few tweaks (again as advised by the customer service team) they are working perfect for me and my little one. I can't thank them enough in helping me have a cloth bum baby.
