The water does not entirely sift through the filter after refilling. Like the filter is pausing and the content is stuck half way. This requires occasional attention. Otherwise, the unfiltered water is seeping through the refiller gap on the lid when water is being poured, which is quite annoying.
I can't rate the other items, ie. communication, replies and customer service, as this is the first zime PearlCo approaches me.
