I was lucky enough to get Joshua he was extremely helpful. I had so many questions and he went out of his way to answer all of them for me. I needed help with YouTube Premium and why my payments were over the 17.99 and why I was getting reoccurring payments from Apple coming out of my Account. I'm not good with computers and he walked me through what I needed to do. I was so impressed with not only how helpful he was but how patient he was, I asked when I need help again am I able to speak with him. Having kids, especially mine I will for sure be returning looking for help and I would rather speak with Joshua than any other agent. Not often you get the help and advice that I was givin today. He is a great asset to your company and good employees are often taken for granted. I'm impressed and happy with the service that I received today and I will for sure be returning to finder and it is solely because of the customer service I received from Joshua.
