My email was not related to a problem I had, but to indicate the existence of what I felt was a typo or something that needed to be taken care of. The response was not necessary, but much appreciated. I have indicated that Joanne Ibarreta did a very good job in her response.

PS When I was answering the question about how long it took to get a response (below), why is there nothing between "6 - 12 Hours" and "Over a week"? I don't recall when I sent it, but the response was sent in less than 36 hours, I think.
