I've been very impressed with every aspect of this service all the way through. Booking was easy with reminders along the way. The day before the booking, I woke up to find that getting across the country would be simply impossible due to cancelled trains. I called up Find My Man and Van in a panic, and they reassuringly rescheduled me with no issues whatsoever. When the day arrived of my rescheduled booking, it was easy to get in touch with the driver, and he was exactly on time, friendly and helpful. He encouraged me to take a break rather than help him, and carried many boxes full of books down to the van in short order, loading it so quickly and with great care for more fragile items. Even though I had a few extra things I'd forgotten about, he said that was no problem and did not charge extra. I requested to ride back with him in the van to where we would be dropping off the items, and he was very pleasant to chat with along the way, and also helped me get into the van in a very courteous manner. I really enjoyed the trip back and felt very safe at every moment in the vehicle with him. I also noted that he did not answer his phone while driving, did not at any point exceed the speed limit, and was an excellent and well-mannered driver. Dropping off the items was easy and quick. He placed everything exactly as I said, and the whole process was so smooth and fast. He also kindly dropped me back off at home afterwards (a couple of minutes out of his way). Find My Man and Van and the driver both made my experience excellent. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to any friends who may need it!
