Easy to book a man with a van, and there were a few options to choose from at different price points and ratings, which was good. Once booked, clear communication and instructions. The mover did a good job, didn't overrun on time, and was polite and friendly. Absolutely no issues and very happy with the service. The website seemed to offer good customer service and follow-up, though I didn't need to use it as everything went smoothly.
