I have waited a long time to hope to find the right people that could fix me without any doubt in my mind. From the first phone call I was looking for sincerity, integrity, honesty and professionalism and with this came a feeling of complete trust on my behalf which is what I have been searching for, for over 2 years. I had some trouble parking before my first appointment with Dr Simon and Dental Assistant Jordan. Elizabeth the receptionist was always very calm and kind whilst dealing with me. I got to the surgery and I was greeted very well, formally yet informally and made to feel special and cared for right from the start. The customer service I receive at Finest Dental in Winchester is second to none. I have been to a few dentist to get quotes for this surgery, but I felt fobbed off, unwanted and generally not part of their agenda, from yawning dental assistants to looks of dismay when I was telling them about previous procedures which needed fixing. Dr Simon and Jordan are always very kind and thoughtful in their conduct around me, making me feel absolutely comfortable from start to finish at any appointment. The dental care program was fully explained to me and any mistakes where rectified instantly without any hesitation from the staff and sincere apologies given if I felt under any stress about things at all. I have no doubt that the complicated surgical procedures which I start on June 26th, 2015 will be a success. I feel calm and happy to have finally made this commitment with Finest Dental at Winchester.
