Started a tooth implant with them at Brentwood and initially all was good but them noticed a really high staff turnover, the dentists being late for my appointments and records not updated. I chose the 1 year finance for £2000 via Braemar finance which was paid off long before the treatment was completed. I am now left with no tooth, the screw in place and don't know the brand of the system to get it completed elsewhere. I contacted Breamar and they have been excellent and are reviewing my case and will hopefully refer me to a local dentist's to complete the implant and pay for the treatment. Wither this company is totally incompetent to run a business or it was a total scam, with staff and customers out of pocket.
