I went to the Winchester practise today, (and I have a massive fear of dentists) as soon as I walked in, I was automatically made to feel comfortable. Sam the receptionist was absolutely amazing and really calmed me down, which is vital, as walking through the door when you are a nervous wreck is the hardest part, and being greeted by such a lovely calming lady made me feel more confident to go into the dentist chair! When I went in to see Stavros the dentist, he was so lovely and talked me through everything. Without Sam and Stavros I wouldn't of been able to go through with my treatment as I was genuinely shaking before I went in, and came out calm, smiling and happy. I would thoroughly recommend this practise to anyone who wants to conquer their fear of dentists! Sarah K
