I have had yesterday my first appointment, at Winchester branch. As I don't live locally, I've got lost and I have arrived 15 minutes later than my appointment was scheduled. Liz was amazing, she called me to help with directions and she didn't stop smiling and reassuring me all the time during my appointment that everything is going to be all right. Dr Stavros is a great man, highly professional, very nice and calm. I felt so welcomed and I am looking forward to my next visit here. A great team, lovely people.
