I visited the Leicester branch regarding implants for my front teeth. I was very nervous about the treatment before I went and doubted if my expectations could be met after quite a lot of bad experiences. However, Talha, my Treatment Coordinator, put me at ease straight away and was brilliant in making sure everything I wanted to achieve was being taken care of. This included always answering my numerous emails and phone calls and was very prompt in getting back to me with all my requests. Michael, my dentist, was brilliant too. He knew what I was thinking before I asked my questions and explained the process clearly to me. Every procedure has risks, and I was very grateful that these were clearly explained to me. The procedure was not painful at all. I am wearing denture at the moment waiting for the bone and gums to heal. I would strongly recommend this practise for others. Because you build strong relationships with the team, it feels like you are working together rather than being alone in the decision making process.
