First of all, I decided to have my treatment done at Finest Dental due to flexible payment options and best price range compared to other practises. I have been seen for my check-ups at Leicester and Milton Keynes branches, and Leicester is my favourite so far. Very professional, amazing, friendly staff, every single one of them will go that extra mile, customer definitely comes first here! Being full time mum and living miles away from practise, finding time and flexibility for appointments should be real challenge, but not if you have a skilful treatment coordinator such as Talha. Excellent communication, excellent appointment coordination according to my requests. I was waiting for my first aligners to arrive, and asked Talha to keep an eye on arrival dates so I can book appointment in advance. As I was super impatient to start my treatment and did not want to wait another 2-3 weeks to book appointment after waiting already 2 weeks for my aligners to arrive. Talha managed to book an appointment the same day my aligners arrived at practise! What a great service! Highly recommended practise and brach!
