Yesterday evening was the end of my journey with Finest Dental (at Cannon Street) after choosing them to fit a single implant. I couldn’t wait to share my experience with anyone considering using this dentist for the same purpose. From the first telephone call leading to the extremely clear and concise consultation I couldn’t have asked for a more efficient customer service. My dentist was Dr Katie Irwin who explained what the process was each step of the way. She was friendly, happy to answer any questions and made me feel at ease. The cherry on the cake was being told that a follow up appointment would take place in 3 months to check everything was ok with no extra cost. I feel it’s also important to add that the staff at reception and the dental assistants were also pleasant and friendly. A BIG Thank You to Finest Dental for putting the smile back on my face!
