2 Years ago I shelled out £3000 for Invisalign .
A series of unsavoury appointments where the clinician was quite rude & offensive about my teeth blaming my hygiene a reason why the last set didn’t fit!!
The next appointment I was late & I was expected to pay £50.
Since then despite repeated emails & unanswered phone calls I have not had communication since.I have tried to contact the BDA they are not interested.I tried Rip off Britain who were only going to help if there was any potential to make a programme, so they have gone cold.Even tried my local MP for help to no avail.Everyone seems to think it’s ok that the Clinician disappears back to Poland with my money!
I cannot afford Solicitors.I notice there are similar cases like mine out there, it would be good to set up a collective to get this Company to adhere to Trades Description.
