I wish I could get back the time I wasted trying to seek Invisalign treatment through the London Liverpool Street branch. I would recommend that you avoid this place even though their cheap prices make it enticing. My initial consultation several months ago was very pleasant with everything running on time and everyone being nice and friendly. I was told that my 'smile preview' would be ready in 3 weeks and then I would get my first set of aligners shortly afterwards. Since then, they have cancelled my appointments and told me conflicting information about what my next appointment would be ('your scans need to be redone after a scale and polish', 'oh no wait that was already done and your scans are fine', repeat). Getting someone on the phone has been frustrating to say the least - reception rarely seems to answer the phone and redirects to the answering service. They don't call back if you leave a message with the answering service or if you email. At one point I could not get a person on the phone for 11 days to rebook an appointment they cancelled. I filed a complaint 3 weeks ago by email which has gone unanswered. Fortunately I was able to get out of the financing agreement they set up for me before any funds were paid out, and before I lost anything more than the £50 deposit for my consultation. I've also requested that back but obviously they've not responded to that either. This company has absolutely dreadful service and I am surprised that they are allowed to practice in this way. They sell the illusion of an efficient, friendly business but the second they think they have your money, they do not care.
