Good website, easy to select the desired options of quality and finish of the mats. On placing the order, my 10% off discount code was rejected as invalid, rather annoying. Anyway, after lodging a complaint the discount was quickly credited to my card. The mats arrived well-packaged and certainly look good. I tried the rear ones first - they didn't appear to fit in any way, but after advice from FCM I realised my mistake: they are an excellent fit and fully cover the space exposed when the front seats are slid forward. On to the front mats...I struggled somewhat to insert the plastic parts that locate the mat on the studs in the car floor. Anyway, the mats fit nicely in place although the plastic locaters are a loose fit onto the floor studs, meaning that the mat is not fully anchored to the floor. Probably not an issue in practice. Overall, I am very impressed with the appearance and finish of the mats and the excellent fit to the contours of the floor space. The edge trim in my chosen colour gives the mats a smart luxury look. All-in-all, a very good product, good customer support and I'm very pleased that they are made in the UK.
