Ordered floor mats for my Hyundai Kona, when they were delivered I had no information from the company or courier that they were going to be delivered and no information after delivery, as I was on holiday I had no chance to arrange for someone to retrieve them after being thrown over our side gate so they sat on the ground all that week till the 15th Sept when we returned. After taking them out of the plastic bag they were in they were soaking wet with condensation, after drying them out in our conservatory for 2 days they were still ok and usable. I think that some notification of delivery would have avoided this situation.
