Been using them for like 3 years with nothing but the best of treatment. However, I place an order over a week ago and it still has the same status. Basically saying label was printed, but they have yet to receive package from finestgears. I’ve been using the messenger because in the past I always was able to have good communication. Now however it’s awful. They are telling me that they need to get with management to figure out what’s going on with the order and it might take a bit to get communication back. It’s a domestic order(which for years I’ve never waited more than a week) and still not even an update on status for 7 days. I’m starting to feel like it’s not run by the same people as it was in the pasg. I’m completely out now and freaking out but they couldn’t care any less and it’s beyond frustrating
