I am 50 years old. I bought Deca a month ago, I could tell a difference in muscle hardness within two and a half weeks using a 20-pound dumbbell. Also I am doing 3 - 600 reps a day period but pure muscle hardness was a definite difference I had done the same workout over and over before but without these results. Gain hardness strength and think it started helping me lose weight but no cardio involved at the time. I will give 5 start for this review because their price is good, their shipping fast and they have great customer service. Recommended!!
