Done a bunch of long distance bike rides and had zero cramps using them.
A bike buddy, who is more susceptible to cramps, doses twice/day during long rides. Wife started using them occasionally and they work for her. This test prop really works the best. Probably will add the rest of my cycle. will gonna put together my second order maybe a couple of weeks more.
