I always give 5 stars. Always quality service. This transaction however was awful. FinestGears shipper cut shipping labels incorrectly so my package was stuck in sorting facility for 11 days after explaining the issue to admin and management. I just kept repeating myself and got no where with your reps. Package finally showed up and looked like it was ran over so all the tablets were crushed and one opened and powder was all over everything else on package. I wasn’t offered an apology or anything even though I’m a repeat customer. I was informed There is no telephone number offered to actually speak to someone which probably would have resolved this issue Quicker and easier.
