We recommend them; our arbitration team is very pleased with their work. They work with all geos and agree on individual conditions. Payments are weekly, the call center is adequate (mostly English-speaking, but communication in any language is possible), and support is very responsive and genuinely helpful. We had Linda as our personal manager, who selected optimal geos for us.
