Having used this company I would honestly say they are nothing short of being corrupt and fraudulent !! I travelled to Malaga and on collecting the car told the sales assistant at the desk I didn’t require the extra insurance cover and they could block €1043 from my credit card and that would be only used to cover the excess if we had a accident I agreed and signed the forms that clearly showed 0.00 and couldn’t believe it when I checked on my return home to UK they had charged me £300.00 on top of the original £230.00 I paid to doyouspain.com I instantly contacted Firefly to ask what was going on ? and couldn’t believe their response saying I had signed for it and nothing they were prepared to do.Please avoid this company as it’s plain to see they are ripping off people and all staff are well aware of their illegal business practices!! DO NOT USE !!
