The company Hertz operates in Spain under the name Firefly to conceal its reputation. Hertz is known for financially harming numerous customers, which has caused the company to lose many clients worldwide and increasingly hide behind other brands. In my case, Hertz in Dubai repeatedly charged my credit card without providing a valid explanation or invoice. In Spain, I also didn’t know that Firefly was part of Hertz, and now I am experiencing the same issue again, with my credit card being charged multiple times for no apparent reason. My advice: Stay away from Hertz – a company you cannot trust!
