If I could give 0 stars I would. They charged additional 'insurance' because we presented a debit card when collecting the vehicle. Absolute robbers. Do not use this company. I have escalated to Expedia as that is the broker I used to book with, they should also know better than to have this scam of a hire company associated with them.
