We recently went to a local fireplace store and found a new cover for our wood-burning fireplace. I decided to check prices online and Fireplace Deals had the lowest price I could find. Plus they offered an additional 10% off and free shipping. Saved over $160. The shipment got delayed and they went out of their way to communicate and make things right. Their manager of customer service even called us a few times to reassure us the product was coming and when and called again to personally give us the tracking number. No one does that anymore.
