Before ordering a Grille Part, I called up to make sure that it was in stock after that was verified. I placed the order it stated, pending for a week. I would call every day to check, and no one could give me an answer of why it wasn’t shipped. I finally had to call my bank for a charge back, if you have an alternative company to deal with, you may want to consider Not using fireplace deals
