Do not buy anything from this Company. I ordered a fire with remote control in August. I was contacted to say that they now did not do this model with a remote control only manual which I was quite happy to have and was cheaper, they did not refund me the difference. When the fire arrived it was damaged so had to return it. The damaged fire was delivered to them on 27th August by Parcelforce with proof of signature that it had been received. I am still waiting for a refund of £526.00. I am now going to take this matter further, this company is an absolute disgrace.
