Bought a Flavel Diamond gas fire for a new extension from them. Having placed the order they came back with an additional £50 delivery charge. We were not able to fit the fire immediately due to delays in the building work, but when we did, it was faulty and gave out CO. The fire itself is very poorly made. When I contacted them for a refund, they just fobbed me off.
