Extremely poor. I ordered an electric stove from them. I phoned them and arranged for them to leave it in my 'safe place' out of sight of the road. When I got home on the delivery day, there was no stove and no 'tried to deliver' card posted through the door, so as far as I was concerned they had'd delivered it. I phoned them on the following Monday and was told they had delivered it, and was emailed a photo of it on my front door step, which was not the safe place we'd agreed. Over the following weeks, I phoned them every other day to try and sort the issue out. Each time, I was fobbed off with a myriad of pathetic excuses. Like they thought I was some kind of idiot and would believe them. Each time I was promised a call back. Each time they never called me back. At one point they even argued with me, accusing me of having the stove and 'trying it on'! Another time, they argued with me, and said it could just as easily have been stolen from my 'safe place'. Well, that's why it's called a 'safe place', duh. They claimed they were investigating, but couldn't tell me what their customer service investigation procedure was, or how long it would take. Under consumer law, if it's not left in the place the customer instructs, the company the customer bought it from is liable to rectify the issue. I mentioned that, but they didn't seem to care, were very blase about taking my money and not giving me the goods, and couldn't tell me their well defined customer service procedure for dealing with complaints. So I took them to the small claims court to extract my refund out of them instead. I laid out all my evidence in the court filing. When they received the court papers, that prompted a very amateurish email from a 'John', promising me a full refund if I'd cancel the court case (yeah, right, like I'm really going to believe them.) They still never called me to try and rectify the issue. They never even replied to the court papers. Eventually, I received a cheque from them, for the cost of the stove, plus my court costs. The incompetence and lack of respect for customers from this company is unbelievable.
