Quick to take your money. No communication from them for over three weeks. Informed my bank, found a new provider, then magically got an email with just a tracking number on it. Again no communication. Told them i was going to return their product when it arrived, again no communication. Product arrived and I filled out the "online form" to request a return number (after all their website states "Free Returns Hassle free returns"). No communication so I wrote an email to Firestorm asking their intentions. Basically was told - no returns period. His email stated, "Unfortunately we do not accept returns on items shipped outside of the EU unless there is a mistake in the item, a fault, defective etc I’m afraid you’ll find that consumer rights in the USA do not apply to non-US based businesses, even if we were to accept a return it would still be liable for restocking charge and yourself as a customer are liable for returns charges and P&P is non-refunable in any case unless the item is defective" Buyer beware. This company fraudulent, non-responsive and cannot be trusted to operate within best business practices. Don't waste your time or money dealing with them.
