Order placed, money taken but goods never despatched. Sent several emails but no response. This has never happened to me before and I order a LOT of stuff online but stupidly, for the first time, I didn't do any research before ordering. Given that this is in no way a one-off I don't understand how the owner is still permitted to trade. Do not order anything on-line from this company.
