I strongly suggest that you do not purchase anything from Firestorm Kit, or from their website, under any circumstances. My online order has not been fulfilled or delivered, in spite of full payment and delivery charges having been withdrawn from my accounts. Firestorm Kit has not acknowledged numerous emails requesting order status updates and expected delivery date. A similar request via their website has also not been replied to. Be warned that the contact telephone number 0118 328 0232 listed on their website is always unavailable as unrecognised when rung. I have notified my bank to request a refund and my behalf and to investigate Firestorm Kit as a potentially fraudulent trader.
